Secretary role is regrettably still vacant and Chair vacates October. Are there 2 people out there
who have had officer roles who could put their hand up separately – or as a team?

Archives draft policy to be discussed and voted on next IG ( it proposes that archives be part of
someone’s role). Also, if you have old Auckland OA items of interest please let your group rep
